Machining include Gleason-PFAUTER CNC high precision gear hobbing machine, NILES gear grinding machine with a machining from Ø400mm-Ø3000mm. Gleason bevel gear grinding machine and large size, ha gear shaving machine for bevel gear of hard face makes the machining rage of bevel gear maxФ2500mm with the precision of AGMA 13. Matching machining and inspection equipment include CNC lathe, vertical machining center, gantry 5-face machining center, horizontal turning and grinding compound machining center, strengthened shot peening equipment, Wenzel gear inspection equipment and ZEISS CMM machine.

In order to provide high quality blank parts, we have advanced forging equipment, including 6000T oil press and other forging equipment; based on different materials such as grey iron, ductile iron or casting steel, we are capable to provide different casting techniques such as squeezers, shell molding, resin bonded sand technology, to satisfy the different needs of blank parts.
